I have set an 18 mm x 14 mm  Tourmaline cabochon in a fine silver surrounded by one Kenyan Yellow Sapphire and six Umber Pastel Sapphires

The pendant measures just under 2.5" in length by 1.25" and hangs from a sterling silver chain.
