I have set a 13mm x  13mm  Tourmaline cabochon in a fine silver setting. Below it hangs a 20mm x 12mm Dendrite Agate.

The pendant measures 2" by 0.75" and hangs from an 18" sterling silver chain which can be worn up to 20".
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
