I have set three Dendritic Agate cabochons into this medium/large sized silver cuff.
 
Sized for a 7" wrist. 
 
To find the fit of your cuff wrap a piece of string comfortably around your wrist and measure it against a tape measure.

In the last two photographs you can see it on my wrist which is 6.5". When my hand is down the cuff falls below my wrist onto the top of my hand. The cuff can be adjusted slightly by carefully squeezing the silver together.
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
