I have set a 17mm x  17mm Dendrite Agate cabochon in a fine silver setting. A small 6mm x 8mm pear shaped Tourmaline hangs from the bottom.

The pendant measures 1.5" by 2" and hangs from an 18" sterling silver chain which can be worn up to 20".
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
