I have set three cabochons in a fine silver setting.

The pendant measures 2.75" from the top of the bale by just over 1" and hangs from an 18" sterling silver chain which can be worn up to 20".
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
